Single Sitting Root Canal Treatment

Tooth decay, trauma or cracks can cause the nerves of teeth to die. When this occurs your tooth can often still be saved with root canal therapy. Severe pain, swelling, sensitivity to hot or cold, or a darkening tooth, are signs that a root canal problem exists

Microendodontics

Severe tooth decay or other trauma creates open gates for bacteria to reach the inner parts of the tooth. When nerves and blood vessels in the tooth have been damaged by bacterial contamination, the tooth, in most instances, becomes painful.

The goal of root canal procedures (endodontic treatments) is to save a painful tooth by removing pulp tissue comprised of nerves and blood vessels from canals inside the tooth. The canals are then cleaned, shaped and filled with a special material, and the tooth is restored, usually with a crown.

In some cases, the root tip must be removed surgically. We perform this treatment using operating microscope that magnifies the target location at large level and the treatment become near to 100% accurate.

Microscopic Scaling & Polishing

Plaque and tartar are pre-cursors to complications that result in cavities, sensitivity and much more. Other than that, teeth that have build-ups and stains from food or habits are unsightly and can make you very self-conscious when you’re smiling or talking, and they can even suck the joy out of a hearty laugh!

If your teeth have unnatural build-ups of plaque and tartar, or they’re stained, we can descale your teeth with a high-frequency ultrasonic scaler, which literally ‘shakes loose’ the tartar from your teeth.

Once the deposits and scaling are gone, we can proceed to the polishing, which uses an abrasive paste to get rid of any stains and smooth the top surface to prevent plaque from adhering to your teeth.

We also perform this treatment using operating microscope that magnifies the target Locations and scaling and polishing can be done at its best level.

Laser Bleaching / Teeth Whitening

If you feel conscious when you smile because of discolored teeth, we have the solution to lighten and brighten your smile. You can use tooth-whitening treatments that would lighten your discolored teeth and the results are almost immediate.

When these treatments are done with laser, it enhances the results greater than traditional treatments and life span of whitening is also increased at great level.

Our specialized staff takes an impression of the tooth and makes a new customized cap, to provide a solid reinforcement that replicates the natural shape and size of the original. The crown is dyed to match the surrounding teeth, so it fits and looks like the original tooth would, only stronger!

While crowns can reinforce chipped and cracked teeth, severely damaged teeth or entirely missing ones can cause more extensive problems. In addition to looking odd, chewing food can be a very difficult and often painful experience.

The gap can also cause other teeth to shift, and the sharp edges can cut your tongue or gums when you bite, increasing the likelihood of infections and complications.

Denture

Dentures, also known as false teeth, are prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth; they are supported by the surrounding soft and hard tissues of the oral cavity. Conventional dentures are removable (removable partial denture or complete denture).

OSMF Treatment

The treatment of patients with Oral Submucous fibrosis depends on the degree of clinical involvement. If the disease is detected at a very early stage, cessation of the habit is sufficient. Most patients with oral submucous fibrosis present with moderate-to-severe disease. Moderate-to-severe oral submucous fibrosis is irreversible. Medical treatment is symptomatic and predominantly aimed at improving mouth movements.
